Dr. James Aaron Green is an OEAW Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Vienna. He specializes in the intersections of nineteenth-century popular fiction and science, as well as in game studies. His current project investigates fictions about radical lifespan extension – ‘rejuvenescence fiction’ – from 1878 to 1918. James’s work has been published in Victorian Network, Gothic Studies, and the Journal of Victorian Culture, and a monograph with Palgrave Macmillan, Sensation Fiction and Modernity, is expected in 2022.
